集成式井下电动取芯头GHE Motor | GHE downhole core sampling tool

在石油开发的过程中,需要取出井下地层的岩石作为样本,用于分析当前地层的孔隙结构、油气状况等性能,为后期制定油井开采方案提供支持。

一般的取芯头都是滑动封闭安装在井下仪器内部,在到达指定地点使用时,才通过滑动轨道将取样头推出井下仪器内部,使钻头与待取样的岩石接触,取芯头通过圆形空心的管式钻头旋转切割岩石,切割下来的岩心收入钻头的内部,然后井下仪器将取样完成后的取芯头收回内部并封闭进出口,后期随钻带至地面。但是现有取芯头的外壳采用一次性整体成型,后期内部再安装各种部件,这种壳体结构不方便安装和后期维护,特别是钻头和电机部分,一旦出现问题只能将取芯头完全拆开才能维护。

GHE motor取芯头针对应用于小井眼获取大颗粒岩心的井下仪器环境,该取芯头是通过事先组装电机,并将锥形齿轮与动力输出端先固定为一体,减少了分散安装故障,提高了工作时的动力输出稳定性,并降低了维护强度。本产品体积小,大扭矩输出 ,最高可达 8N.M,由于采用转子直接驱动齿轮结构,传动效率高 大于80%,可以在温度204度,压力20000psi 的泥浆环境中运行, 帮助用户实现6寸井眼内,获取直径1.5寸的岩心。产品适用于恶劣的泥浆环境,具耐腐蚀性,抗冲击震动性,高可靠性。

GHE downhole core sampling tool is designed for high temperature high pressure down-hole environments where user can obtain large-grain cores sample with slim-hole environments. By per-assembling the motor and securing the conical gear to the power output end, the GHE Motor coring head reduces scattered installation failures, improves power output stability during operation and reduces maintenance intensity.

Along with compact design, GHE sampling tool has high torque output up to 8N.M., and greater than 80% efficiency thanks to the rotor's direct drive gear structure. It can operate up to 204 degrees and 20,000 psi pressure with mud environments, enabling users to obtain 1.5 "diameter cores sample in a 6" hole.The product is suitable for harsh mud environment, with great corrosion resistance, shock resistance, and high reliability.
